A Note from Shannon

SPRING 2011

As I begin 11 years in the pet care industry I take a moment to reflect on all of the wonderful people and pets I have met, as well as all of the things I have learned and continue to learn. There have been many happy times, unforgettable times, as well as the passing of many great pets and clients.

The one thing I want every existing and potential new client to know is that each pet that enters my life is a top priority. Whether you are my first client or client 1000, you and your pet's needs are my #1 concern.

I have an open door policy and if at anytime you feel that your pet's needs are not being met please do not hesitate to contact me. I will address any questions / concerns and do my very best to ensure you receive the highest quality of service your pet deserves.

Any and all comments or suggestions on how we could improve our services are most welcome!
